Newer dslrs are coming out with live view, so if looking through the viewfinder bothers you, you'll be able to upgrade later to something more accommodating.
Have fun with your new camera! So did you REALLY get the camera for your wife, or did you just use it as an excuse to get yourself a new toy? :)
I will be using the camera of course, but really, no lie, it's for her. :)
btw Bruce, wish I could make some comments on your site, those pics are great. The aquarium shots are great. That 'ninja' pic is funny! I think the dancing guy on Yarborough and I-10 should be in his Santa costume about now!
What settings do you use for low light? Your colors look amazing.
