I haven't even been on a yeti, but I imagine they are pretty nice. They have such a range of sizes too. I would hope the bike industry isn't like the car industry. That would be so fun, pay cut might almost be worth it :)

Re: Yeti Cycles: Built to Race with SolidWorks

Looks like I'll have to be trading in my AS-X for a new SEVEN. Saweeeeet!

http://www.60hzproductions.com/index.php?option...

Btw, I TRIED my best for years to break into the bike industry. Santa Cruz, Yeti, Progressive Suspension, Light Motion. Guess I just wasn't what they were looking for. Would have been fun, though. Maybe someday down the road. One things for sure, I'll probably be taking a pay cut if I do :)

Re: Yeti Cycles: Built to Race with SolidWorks

Hey JD. That's a good idea for a design project in school. doing something you're interested in, familiar with. I think that would be one of the most satisfying jobs, modeling something you use for recreation or sport. you get passionate people doing that and no doubt you'll have a spectacular product.

Re: Yeti Cycles: Built to Race with SolidWorks

That makes two of us Josh. I'll take one in black. My old low-end Motive I bought before I was able to drive legally (gee that's in the double digits) has seen better days. It has served me well tho. I did a final design project in school, where I drew a Rock Shok in 3D. AFAIK, it's still on display. Anyway that was before I knew anything of solidworks, but I would like to go back and re-draw it with soldiworks.

J.D.
